In 1977, a discussion was started by Walter Bright at Des Moines NUTSEA meeting about starting a program for safety trainers similar to Quad States.  In the beginning years there were a winter and summer meeting along with the business meeting at the annual NUTSEA Conference.  There is some missing information, any help would be appreciated, send to Clarence Greene at cgreene@kaec.org
